I loved training at BODYTEC! It was my first time trying EMS training and I did not expect it to be so challenging and had no idea that I would sweat so much in a single 20 min session. I was incredibly surprised!

Having not trained for many years and being over 50, I found BODYTEC tough but the rewards far outweighed what I considered a tough workout.

It is very difficult for me to summarize my experience and journey since I've started this fulfilling lifestyle with BODYTEC.

I intend to continue with Bodytec for as long as possible and recommend it unconditionally
