'I had a terrible bike accident March 2014. I tore all the muscles, tendons and ligaments in my right knee, and was in amputation counselling for a week, My choice to keep my leg was the best decision I ever made. I also had two cracks in my spine (lower back) with hip displacement.
After two reconstructive surgeries and extensive oxygen and nerve therapy, I was able to progress to physio and biocosmetic training to help me walk again. Regrettably, I never regained all my movement and nerve function, but was eventually referred by my physiotherapist to try out BODYTEC.
One of the qualified trainers requested I send him my medical report and scans to inspect the injury and the work done on my leg so he didn’t put me at risk. He wanted to make sure we could start the training programme before he signed me up into a contract. I liked the professionalism.
I started training with BODYTEC Dainfern in November 2014, and it was a slow and painful experience. We started with core and hip strength training, and then progressed to strengthen my leg. In the beginning my trainer had to be on his knees next to me, catching me and keeping me stable.
Today I’m strong now and super happy to be able walk in stilettos, dance again and be actively involved in my business. I’ve become very good friends with the owner of the BODYTEC Dainfern studio and will be a lifelong member!'

BODYTEC® uses electro stimulation to achieve stronger and more intense muscle contractions than a voluntary exertion can achieve alone.
Your personal trainer can control each muscle group by adjusting the training intensity of the various muscle groups on the EMS device according to your individual goals.
During EMS training, 90% of muscles are activated simultaneously with each contraction.
