20-Minute Home Workouts

Regular exercise is important for overall health and these 20-minute home workouts will help you stay active and healthy during the lockdown. They require no equipment and can be completed in your lounge, garden or even your bedroom. These BODYTEC home workouts are designed for different fitness levels including those that may be new to exercise or require a low impact form of training (Basic), the regular exerciser who enjoys a challenge (Intermediate) and for those fitness fanatics who like a tough workout (Advanced). Additionally, they are guided by our very own BODYTEC team who encourage you and sweat alongside you.

The workouts are all time-based, which will allow you to work at your own pace for the session. Make sure to have a water bottle and towel nearby and to have fun and stay strong!
