'I read about BODYTEC® EMS training in January 2014 in a health magazine. I was intrigued, accessed the website, printed everything into a booklet, read it from cover to cover, made the firm decision to try it out (who could possibly resist German technology worked into one 20-minute session per week?) and then took six months before I actually did something about it!
My 14-hour++ work day was my procrastination excuse, however I finally registered about half a year ago and have not looked back since. I thoroughly look forward to my regular Wednesday evening sessions and feel like a million bucks thereafter. Physically, mentally and emotionally the 20minutes leaves me stronger, alert and balanced!

Your personal trainer can control each muscle group by adjusting the training intensity of the various muscle groups on the EMS device according to your individual goals.
During EMS training, 90% of muscles are activated simultaneously with each contraction.
